Paypal Prepay Topup card?

Im sure I saw a post on here about it the other day but the search is not finding me anything from this board.

Anyway... I dont have a bank account since going BR (DH Does) but I do need a card and its not always possible for us to share the card LOL! And we are both useless with cash. Hence going BR!

So I figured a Prepay card might be good for us so we can seperate the grocery money from the petrol money (our two biggest expenses!)

I have had a look online and paypal looks to be the best due to the one off fee and no loading fees and the fact you can load online.

Does anyone know of another one you can load cash onto online, neither of us have time to get into post office or paypoint places?? (what are they?) to load money on. And with no fees?

We cant set up 2 paypal ones because his bank account (which used to be joint) is linked to my paypal account for ebay and threfore will be linked to my prepay card and it wont let him add a card (does all that make sense LOL!)

Thanks

He can set up his own Paypal account and get his own card on his account and then you can transfer funds from your paypal account to his for free (if you select that it is a gift not a business payment) and then he can load those funds onto his card.

Hi, I am probably going to get the Virgin one. It has a one off fee of £10 and there are no load up fees at the post office (and I think none from a debit card either but need to check this). will have a look and see if you can load it online or not. hang on!

It costs 30p for every £10 spent which I don't think is too bad. and you can have pink or red! :p

edit - yep you can load it up online for free by debit card at the virgin money website! or by direct transfer to it from your bank account.

I think this is defo the one for me just now.
