Bailiff urgent help

last week i recieved a hand delivered letter from rundle and co stating that they have been to my home for clearance of goods, and will be back within 48 hours, they still havent turned up,
i rang the council today requarding them coming round and told them the total due seemed a lil high, i was told when the council tax went to county court in sept the bill was at £900 odd then because the council was sorting my rent out they paid 400 towards my bill, at the moment im waiting for an appeal to go through as the council wont backdate my rent from april to august, which will include my council tax, if they do backdate then all i will have to pay on my council tax is about £200
ive tried ringing rundle and all they are do is putting me through to the bailiff in charge and his phone is switched off, the council have told me to offer them something which all i can afford is £5 aweek as im a single working mum, surely they cant take anything as its on appeal, tried ringing CAB ibut they are constantly engaged,
im so worried .............. ive delt with rundle before and have had them in my home , they done a possession order and couldnt take anything as many of my goods are on rental, its still the same now, apart from my rather large dog who puts the frightners on anyone who comes to the door,
is there anyway that the warrent can be susspended till the appeal is gone through?
thanks in advance for your help x

    Try PM'ing Herbie21.
I had similar problems with Rundle & Co, and she was very very helpful.

In the meantime, please do make sure that you do not have a car parked outside of your house and you should not let a bailiff into the house.
