I'm just back too, was after little tikes workbench but sadly it wasn't included in sale but i did spend £30 on stocking fillers and presents. I was one of the 1st to arrive but by the time I'd left it was getting crazy!
No big toys were on the shelves, just little bit and bobs, bath toys, playfood sets, little dino's, lotto games, jigsaws, small meccano sets, lego, walle, ben 10 and bigger boys toys.
might go back on fri night to see if they have a change of mind about the tikes workbench, afterall if does say All Toys Half Price.

i was at the murrayfield one and it was really busy. people were getting trolleys full!

i saw a few thomas things, puzzles, bath squirters, play trains.

i got a peppa pig spaceship
playmobile recycling truck
pack of bikes
play food
roary the racing car friction car
pack of cars movie moments

i did notice the other day that the Night Garden taking/singing toys were £14.99 as i was going to get one then and they were half price at £9.99 today down from £19.99

noticed this with a couple things :rolleyes:

just been to the oxney road store in Peterborough, a few great deals. Managed to spend £76.53 & only £7 was stuff for my children lol the rest was orders from friends who were unable to get to the store. Only reason I spent such a small amount is because I have already done my christmas shopping lol.

not much in my local just puzzles, jigsaws & small toys thats normally cost a fiver nothing really exciting for thomas fans :-(

wigan were stocking shelves fast! got walle transformer for £7.49. They had walle laptops too at £17.50 instead of £35. I overheard the assistants talking about the board games saying they'd not been sent any labels, and if any customers complained that they went thru at full price to take them to cust services for price adjustment!
not much night garden stuff - one kind assistant went to look in the back and came back with a few things - but there were 80 cages still for unpacking!!!

Hi just bought some toys from Sainsburys and not all the toys in their promotion are going through at half price. It would be far easier if their receipts showed the full price and then the reduction. I was charged full price for one item and I argued I had seen the shelf price reduced. Please check that your toys are really the bargain you think they are.
After arguing again I was reluctantly offered it at the reduced price, but I am wondering how many customers have left thinking they have got bargains and in fact have paid the full price.
The staff do not seem to know if the fifty percent has come off or not.

just spoken to head office and all toys are have price but for some reason the not all prices have gone live and theres not alot that can be done till the powers at be correct it:mad:
