Hi, when I tried to add something to my basket it said free delivery on orders over £35. Is there a code for free delivery?

Ok, I couldn't get to the bottom of this so I mailed Adams stating a friend had p&p free but I couldn't get it - why?

Unfortunatly the free postage and packinging is a trial promotion and only

Just been to their web site and it states 'Free delivery on all orders' at the top of the page. This is not user specific as I only typed in the addy (rather than click on a link)
When I added an item to my basket it says 'Free shipping applies for all purchases within the UK'.
No idea why Adams would say that it's only sent to certain customers as there is no code to enter.0 -

I believe that you must be one of the special people then as the adams website does not show that for me.

Just clicked on your link and across the top banner it says 'free delivery on all orders'

Sometimes when I have problems with some sites, I find that just by opening a new browser window and trying again things work. Very frustrating for you, but sorry I don't know how to help.0 -
