reasons for leaving a job?

I'm just filling in my application form and have done everything apart from the reason for leaving my current employment. I know why i want to leave but not how to word it. Basically they keep telling me i will get training but because i did well at school i will have to wait until the others who don't have any qualifications have done their training first. I get all the work the other people don't want, i don't get a day off in the week because I have to cover other staff's work so they can have a day off, and the pay is crap :rolleyes:. Now how do I word that :rotfl:

How about "I feel that I've achieved everything I can in my current position - I'm looking for an opportunity that will challenge me and equip me with the skills I need to progress".
