OR Information following interview

Hello everyone

I recently went BR following a divorce which had left my finances in ruins!

Back in January this year i made several payments to certain unsavoury characters, the OR is now asking for there names and addresses!

Please can someone tell me what the consequences of not supplying this information is? Also he has asked for the name and address of my ex to confirm the settlement figure paid to her - do i also need to supply this?

Any advice would be appreciated im really struggling with this....

I had the same situation but when I asked the person they refused and said they did not wan their information given.Rang the OR who stated that I must put that in writing.

I refused to inform OR of person; said that I faced adverse repercussions if they were to be contacted. Not heard a dickie since.

My husband was in same position and told OR he would never name them and nothing more was said by OR

Thanks for the advice - thats made up my mind - the consequences dont bare thinking about.

How about info re the ex wife? - it all got a bit messy and the last thing i want to do is involve her in anything if i dont have too!
