Free Basic Photoshop, Where's It Gone?

Can anyone help please?
I used a free basic version of photoshop a few months ago (august) just to crop photos and edit red eyes.
I've gone to look for it to use again & can't find it, either stored on my pc or on the net, I'm puzzled, i must have downloaded some software to use it and have photos stored on there.
So why can't i find it?

For just cropping and red eye removal (and lots of other things as well) why not try the free irfanview?

don't know what you used, probaply something provided with a camera, not really photoshop, which is an expensive adobe product.
you could try the gimp which offers the functionality you are after, and more, for free!Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0 -

Was it photoshop elements that you were using

I use elements which is cheap to buy and has all the functions I need, the full version is very expensive.0
