Am sorry to ask yet another question, but I think the better informed I am as regards my reservations about my inevitable BR, hopefully the better I`ll be able to cope with it all.
I don`t have any credit cards........ALL of my consumer credit was from mail order catalogues, save for one unsecured loan.
I "bought" mostly household goods (no giant lcd tvs!!!) from these catalogues.......will the OR take these things off of me ? I`d hate to think so as these are things which are actually in use, eg.......fridge freezer we use, bed I sleep in, wardrobes we hang our clothes in etc.
I hope this doesn`t sound petty, as if I don`t appreciate the seriousness of having to go BR.......I sincerely do. But, I really and truly have learned my lesson and will never take credit again. Is it likely then that our home will be stripped bare of essential items. We have no luxury goods.
Thanks

It`s really helping me at ask about the concerns I have. Am so thankful for this forum and all its members. Without you all, I`d be stumbling in the dark.0 -
If the OR had taken everything I bought from catalogues out of my house I would have had one empty house : ) I know what its like though before going BR, all the unanswered questions that keep popping up in your head. Try not to worry. I bombarded this site with questions at the beginning of the year and I am now discharged from my bankruptcy, if I can get through it anyone can : )0
