Debt from Marbles/HFC passed to Capquest

I had an account with Marbles/HFC which was passed to debt collectors - Capquest.
Marbles charged me extortionate fees which amount to over half the debt.
I was wondering who to send the fee reclaiming letters to - Marbles (if I can find an address) or Capquest?

Thanks for the link.
Very confused though - do I owe Capquest the debt or Marbles? Who do I send the template letters to? Also if Marbles are closed how can I get the rest of my statements (think I shredded some) to check what charges were added?0 -

Thanks for all your help Oscar. I've sent letters to MBNA and Marbles requesting all my charges details and I'll report back once I have some news.0
