Debt from Marbles/HFC passed to Capquest

I had an account with Marbles/HFC which was passed to debt collectors - Capquest.
Marbles charged me extortionate fees which amount to over half the debt.

I was wondering who to send the fee reclaiming letters to - Marbles (if I can find an address) or Capquest?

  • Thanks for the link.

Very confused though - do I owe Capquest the debt or Marbles? Who do I send the template letters to? Also if Marbles are closed how can I get the rest of my statements (think I shredded some) to check what charges were added?

Ask the Question on the link.. I think the experts on Crapquest are there, they will advise you?

Thanks for all your help Oscar. I've sent letters to MBNA and Marbles requesting all my charges details and I'll report back once I have some news.
