Brilliant! I'll let you know how it goes. Just think, if this debt is unenforcable, we might be able to get our money back.

I've had outstanding debt with RBS for ages, and originally it was a firm of solicitors called BTMK who were dealing with it. I made regular monthly payments to them, and then out of the blue got a letter from Rockwell saying I had an outstanding amount that I knew was too high (as I had been paying BTMK every month) and they insinuated that I hadn't been paying anything. I told them they were wrong and they got back to me with a revised amount.

Funny thing is BTMK solicitors and Rockwell have similar addresses and phone numbers. Are they the same company?? If so, there seems to be a wee communication problem.
