So they allocate say 10 mins for an item and the earlier you buy it the more you pay? If you buy it before they run out you get it cheaper? So the more that are bought the cheaper it is? Or does everyone pay the same price in the end?

no everyone pays the lowest but if everyone bids quick then it wont drop much it will keep dropping untill they all go
