    Ironically, I went to a business function at that very hotel on Friday - a comping related one, the ISP Christmas Lunch - and the Christmas dinner was rubbish.

    Surely that entitles me to win a better meal there?

    I rang the Hilton - after 20 minutes on the phone, it seems that nobody there has ever heard of it!
