Media plant at it again always tricky. I thought that it had to snow on the met roof in London for it to be an official white christmas- Although they haven't stated offical on the question.OH says this is what the bookies look for to pay out on a white christmas. In London that year according to clutterfrees link was 1999.Although quite a few places had snow in 2004.
