    i couldnt do that as my ex knows they stay with my parents, plus this would be a fraudulant claim by myself, something i wouldnt risk losing anything by doing it

    Do you live close to your parents if so any chance of you staying with them that weekend as well - therefore your kids are with you just not at your house
  • im about an hour away from my folks, so wouldnt be practical as my work is and hour and a half from there house
