Being Chased for an old Wanadoo/Orange debt

I am being chased for a three year old debt from a internet service provider (Orange). I do not think I owe this money, I asked for an invoice which is supposed to have been sent but I have not received it. The debt chasing agency will not ask for another copy to be sent, Orange will not speak to me and the agency will not help me any further and want their money. Please help

  • You need to write and request a copy of the signed credit agreement. I'm sure someone will be along soon with more information and be able to point you in the direction of a sample letter.

    Que sera, sera. <3
  • This might seem like a daft question. Do I send the request to Orange or to the collection agency?
  • I would send to both then one has to answer you
