Replacement cars - just want to check

My wife has taken out a loan to allow us to buy two cars to replace the ones we'll lose through me going BR.

I just want to check, if the money to buy these cars is in my wife's name, and assuming she is the registered owner of the cars, they're completely safe from the OR aren't they?

Just make sure thereis a paper trail so you can prove that she bought the cars and you will be fine.
