need advice please

hello
I've been declared banckrupt by inland revenue on the 29th of October but I havent heard anything from OR or court or anyone.
Is there something wrong? Do I need to call the court and ask for OR number and call them?

I also have signed and agreed a payment with baillifs for council tax. Do I still have to pay this or all the payments gor trough OR?

My wages are due next week and I allready opened a basic co-op account. Will I be able to draw cash to live or the account is frozen?

Thanks for all the help
Nick

  • I just had my first call from the insolvency practitioner. He informed me that my first interview will be on the 14th of November quite far from where I live with a lady.
He said to bring in invoices, bank statements and cheque books but I dont have them all. Tax returns as well.
I hope I wont get a BRO because I did not return my taz return for my last year of self employment :(
Anyone else made bankrupt by HRMC?
    Is it really bad?

    Thanks very much
  • Hi, i am in Deep S--t also with the Inland Gang, there chasing me for alot more than one year,i havent had dealings with them for years due to my nomadic lifestyle , but they cant take what you dont have, for me i have equity in my Flat so i guess i can kiss that goodbye.
