I was tempted to do it but thought if i have any sort of choice in what i can eat i would cheat and fail.
Im doing something called Alizonne, it costs abit but it is a quick answer. You are also maintained for 12 months by them. Its super hard but i am determind to do it, as my sig shows id already lost 10lbs in 12 days which was monday. Cant wait for weigh in next week want to have hit the stone mark. :eek:
