What's your fave Christmas game to play. I was posting about this somewhere else and thought I would embarrass myself and tell you this story.
:D
Confession time...when I first bought Articulate...the rules weren't in the box so I was with 2 mates..there was drink flowing....and we mimed what was on the cards. We hardly moved around the board at all, and couldn't understand why.
I had to mime Mother Theresa...I got a teacloth out of the kitchen...then I got Bin Laden...and used the same teacloth....:rotfl:
Then my mate got moss...so she laid on the floor in a heap..pointing at the Christmas tree. :rotfl:
We had a lot of trouble trying to mime photosynthesis....
It wasn't until the next day, when I rang a friend of mine, I knew she had the game...when she had stopped laughing...she asked me to think about what Articulate meant...then I realised we were supposed to describe it in words...not miming.........:rotfl:A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -

Lol, I think I like your version better
We did have a lot of fun.We kept pulling a card out and looking at it incredulously...wondering how the hell we were going to mime it. :rotfl:
It is a good game though, the normal way, that will be coming out again this Christmas. Its fun when the kids don't know who someone is and they try and think of a way to describe them.A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -
