I've somehow managed to gain weight the past week, I'm not happy going it alone, with no real plan might have caused it.. guess the OH taking me out for dinner the other night then a weekend of doing very little might have hindered me too.. was kinda hoping for no gain though, as I've gtg to the docs next week and she insists on weighing me
