The last one I got was at about 6pm

Week 2 they came out at 10:30am on the Tuesday
Week 3 they came out at 6:15pm on the Monday
Week 4 they came out at 5:30pm on the Monday

(I didn't win on week 1 so don't know when those were)

We are going end of April, have never been to the Far East, so very excited. :j I won that after only comping for about a month or so!!
