its not meant to stop snap, its meant to stop people pushing up there page ranking on the actual search engine.
From what snap has been like the last week it seems its empty wins, this happened on last snap if u recall.
the reason maybe due to xmas hols, wouldnt they want to payout more on xmas day than usual?
or the dubious methods some people have used to win might have actually resulted in vouchers, so those peeps might have upped their game.
If logic dictates, u wait a week for confirmationa nd up to 4 weeks for vouchers.
so everything won up to tomorrow is guaranteed before xmas, itms.
anything after isnt necessarily guaranteed.
Also the mass marketing email hits/newspaper comps etc will obviously trigger interest.
Everyone has a hotmail acct, even my puppy, so sending millions of emails to hotmail accts will obviously fall into the lap of many hackers/spammers/chancers etc.

There have been wins which are not on the list over the last few days which people are not declaring for whatever reasons they might have, so its def not 1 win to mse a day, i know of at least 2 msers that arent declaring on this list that have won over the weekend.

oh dont get me wrong, definitely any names is a good thing, just for those of us that haven't won it's getting a little disheartening but hey, that's the luck of the draw I guess
