In order to claim a Prize, the Winner must click on the link displayed on the card matching winning header which will link to the Winners page where a unique code number will be allocated. The Winner must make a note of this code number and provide a contact email address or telephone number, quote the code number displayed and provide details of name, telephone number, email address, and postal address and, if under the age of eighteen, confirm parental or guardian consent. Vouchers will then be posted and delivered by Royal Mail to the Winner within 4 weeks (28 days) of their validated winning Entry.
14. All Winners need to keep a record of their unique code numbers as if lost the number cannot be reissued. If a code number is lost the Prize cannot be claimed and will be forfeited. Users must not pass their code number to another person, as to do so shall constitute forfeiting the Prize.

i have just read the terms and i did not keep a note of the unique code!!!!!!:eek:
was in such a shock just wanted to fill the form in before the time ran out.
will i not recieve my voucher now???

Hi,

I am still shaking now lol, was so nervous have been on radio once before and was really nervous then too. I phoned when I was certain it was the comp and not advertising etc, It rang for a while then I got through and gave my answer and was told i was 1 of 3 callers he asked what I would spend the vouchers on and I was put on hold and a song played during which time the chap came back and said Good Luck, then after the song finished he came on the phone and I was live on air at that point (I didn't even realise what was happening as I was shaking like a leaf lol)

So Chuffed :D:D:D:D:D:D

So sorry I didn't mention this forum I hadn't read the posts beforehand and was all flustered.
