I've never got my head around Slimming World - is that the red/green days one? I SO couldn't do that. I used to do WW when I was younger which I found easy enough. But this time around I'm doing my own diet (less food, less booze, more exercise) and I've lost just over 3stone since April but I'm slowly losing control which worries me.. is SW easy?

I'm finding it a bit 'too' easy.. you can eat loads which makes me wonder how it will make me lose weight. Still giving it a go though. I did Rosemary Conley & lost 2 stone on that... Have put about a stone back on though so am giving SW a go

You'll have a huge shock on the scales, i promise you. I used to feel the same every week - lost 5 stone in 5 months before I fell pregnant with Noah. Back on it again - but i put on 3 stone during the pregnancy with Jake.

Got absolute radio (is it the old virgin radio station?) on through the sky box, number by the side of me, just in case.:D

Was gonna clean up the boys bedroom, but can't face it. They share an attic room and there are toys all over the floor atm.:rolleyes: At least it's all hidden up there and not all over the lounge.

Yep it's the old Virgin. They changed their name a few weeks ago.
