Im !!!!ed off about them keeping you on the line as well. I only realised last night after someone mentioned that it had cost them £4-50 to be on the phone to them with no response for 5 minutes.

God knows what my bill will be!!!! I would say i have been on hold with them on the second ringing and when i got through for over an hour this week.

Its quite clever how they ring, connect and then ring again so they can charge you for every call.

I actually just emailed and complained to them about their phone system and the obvious way that they are opening the lines long before the question is even asked.
