used my phones memory and dialled as soon as the question was given (as in the email reply from them mentioned earlier about ringing once question was given), and like most of you, phone busy. then i tried again, and quiet line. !!!!!!. this is a CROCK. lol

I was ringing for about 8 minutes before they answered yesterday.

Im not putting down until someone else comes on and wins.
