i dont mind not getting through, id just at least like it to ring and not be silent, or not get 'line busy'.. is annoying me that there must be ppl dialling the moment he says 'so this bigsnap thing'.. etc etc, and then hoping they get thru at the right moment he tells the thing he searched for, before someone answers etc etc grrRRAARRG ! ! lol haha

Right, I've emailed them asking whether you can call as soon as the dj starts introducing the big snap item or whether you have to wait till he starts asking the question.
Will let you know if I get a reply.

The presenter will usually provide you with a cue to call, i.e read out the studio telephone number and tell you when to start calling. It is advisable to call after the question has been read out.
