Due in court for council tax (Now with my Statement of affairs)

To answer a few points, first off I have lived without a TV now for 7 months and love it, means I get out doing outdoor stuff much more often and get in plenty of excercise, sounds a bit preachy I know, but it was the best thing I ever did. Have agreed to pay £40 a month to pay off the council tax, but as I'm moving out in 2 weeks (20th Nov) then the final balance will be reduced to the point where it'll only stand at about £120 total, and then in the new property we can start paying monthly.
Other travel costs are for the odd taxi (keep reading before getting upset with me), this is due to my OH being a musician and every now and again she needs to get herself, a guitar, a box of 60 CD's, an over night bag and a microphone stand to the nearest train station a mile away. With her being pregnant, we've agreed that until we get a car, she really has no option in this as she leaves for gigs in the day when I'm at work.
The entertainments fund is actually probably more like £120-£160, we are improving all of the time, and are having people around for evenings and making a nice big meal, on the unspoken understanding that they will have us around in the near future. This is working really well, the only other thing we do is go out for a couple of drinks with friends (and I really mean 2 or 3) once a fortnight, and then we play badminton at a cost of £5.90 every fortnight, but we're starting to get a good doubles group going so this is halved.
Our internet is paid with the phoneline, through Tiscali for £14.99 a month, and my mobile is unfortunately an essential for work, I'm a engineering contractor and spend around 30 minutes on the phone every day for work, it is tax deductable though! When I change jobs this will drop dramatically and then I'll go to PAYG. The medical costs are for contact lenses.
The car is going to save us a fortune, because of the OH's career, she is often needing to hire a car, we manage to get this for £14 a day, but this can run to £60+ a month. She is almost constntly on tour, so if I can get a cheap run around before then, it will pay for itself in no time.
Thank you everyone for taking the time to look at this!0
