A nice photo in a frame of the family would be nice.0

What about an emergency kit? Not sure what is supplied in the RAF but something along the lines of:
a torch, a mini sewing kit, a mini medical kit, some stamps (for letters home)
I'm sure someone else will come along with some better suggestions :rolleyes:0 -

A little address book for all his contacts, some cards with his name and mobile number for handing out to friends old and new, little diary or birthday book so he can note when to get/send cards or phone people for their special occasions, some cards to send to people rather than writing a letter. Some sweets.0
