What can I do with sticky rice?

I bought some Sainsburys Basics long grain rice which I cooked tonight for the first time.
Big mistake.
It wasn't parboiled so although it was cooked it is very sticky.
Although edible we didn't fancy it with our chicken curry (didn't fancy a dinner as we have had two for the last two nights), so ended up having it as a balti with some naan bread.
I was going to bin it but was wondering if I can use it any any other recipe.
Anyone any ideas please?
I have heard of sticky rice but now sure what it is.

I think sticky rice like that is how they make sushi? I think you spread the rice on the seaweed (nori) and then spread a little wasabi paste (green horseradish) on the rice, lay strips of fish over that and then roll up and slice into the little rounds
Sure there are other things you can do with it if you're not into eating dried seaweed and raw fish...

Thanks for the advice but I have this funny feeling that it may be going in the bin then.

my dogs love it

you can use it to stuff things like peppers etc. pop it in the freezer so doesn't get any bugs in it being left out, then defrost and heat through thoroughly when you use it.One day I might be more organised...........

Don't chuck it  Did you rinse the rice before cooking it
It sounds to me like there was too much starch in there. You could rinse off the starch in warm water, then use it in something from here - Leftover Rice

Season it well. Cut some cheese into little cubes and take handfuls of the rice and mould it round a cheese cube to make a little cake/ball. Fry in oil/butter.
you could add chopped sun-dried tomatoes or olives to the rice.

Thanks for all of the info folks but after all that I forgot to put it in the fridge last night.
It came out of the pan in one big piece so I had to bin it.
I did rinse it first but I think it may have needed soaking.
I normally buy parboiled rice but thought I would try this basic one instead.
That will teach me.
I shall stick to Lidl's parboiled rice in future, it's a lot better than the Tesco one that I was buying befor the price went up.0
