I bought a few months ago £500.00 of shares, they are now worth about £400. Am I allowed to sell them and use the money from them to pay by BR fees. Or am I doing wrong as I am disposing of an asset.

I have been married for 21 years, do I put my maiden name, there is no debts to that name.

Does being a company secretary come into section 1.17 being involved in the management of a company, I have since yesterday emailEd the accountant and quit.

We remortgaged August 2007 and some of the money went to pay some of my husbands credit cards off, some of the companies brought the limit down.
Is there anywhere I should put this on my court papers.
