I would go for the millionaire one (easy format everyone knows about.) I think it does multiple player though not 100% sure so I think I need to phone a friend on that one. Telly Addicts one could be a good one only if you are of a certain age I suppose as some of the questions on the original TV show seemed to go back a long way. Good one for the family or a wide spread of ages I guess. I.e. knowledge of pop idol, bagpus, trumpton, Junior Pot Black and who hosted , original come dancing TV show along with the good old days of Black And White TV will sustain the interest of a team. I imagine if you are all of a similar age group then stick to a general quiz.

  • We've got Telly Addicts. Its really not worth the money, its only 6 rounds and we'd finished it in 15 mins!!

Do not buy "the great british pub quiz". My friend bought it for xmas, thought she'd give it a try and the first 3 questions were the same!!! Some of the first words were missing from the voice-over...... She sent it back straight away and has gone for "Test the Nation" instead.

Was thinking of getting this one myself. I was looking at the customer reviews on Amazon and its sounds really good (mostly 5 star rating). Worth looking at Amazon just for the reviews really even though they are sometimes a bit more expensive than the other websites, although saying that, this is 29-99 on Amazon, Play.com, 29-97 at Tescos and 29-48 at SimplyGames.com - not seen it much cheaper than that (Tescos might still have their £5 off a £25 game - automatically comes off, so that might work out a bit cheaper?) :santa2:

We had a go on Buzz in Dixons the other day, it was me, DH and my 7 year old - it was FAB!! Didn't play for long but we are getting it for xmas from BIL. We got scene it last year and a music dvd quiz but they were a bit long winded and people couldn't be arsed to write stuff down so Buzz is good because of the 'buzzers'.
