From what I can gather, it looks as though discount codes only work for new customers. Every current code I've used, I'm told I don't qualify for. It's a shame long time customers can't share in the savings.
Also, after asking a customer service representative, it appears that existing 24 Studio customers may only use discount codes that have been issued to them directly by the company. But having spoken to the customer representative, he agreed to refund my delivery charge after the order went through. ^^
OK many thanks...I agree no loyalty to customers who have used them for years. I have been using them for nearly 30 years when I believe they were called Ace gifts and Cards back then ...!!!
Am a returning customer have just used code 047 and saved £6 and got free postage. Try it!! Also used buy for schools site to access studio24 so my daughters school will also benefit!
