SOA - board & mortgage

Options
Hi it's looking like BR is my only route according to the CCCS so I'm doing my homework before attempting completion of the forms.

I currently pay a joint mortgage+unsecured loan on a house with neg equity. The person who pays the other half has stopped paying therefore forcing repo & causing BR for me. I am living with parents and paying them board. Can I put both of these sums on my SOA?

Thanks very much

If you are being repossesed and going for BR why are you still paying the mortgage? Stop now it is wasted money. Any shortfall from the reposession will be rolled into your BR. Just don't sign anything that says you will be responsible for the shortfall.

When you have completed your SOA pop it up here for the folks to check over for you.
