Mortgage rate change

Does anyone know/been informed by Birmingham Midshire if/when their mortgage rate will reflect the B of E's intrest cut last month. Have a mortgage with them and have asked several times but have been told they don't know. Just wondering as news reported that Halifax was passing on full rate cut and BM are part of that group. Also if they are will it only apply to accounts not paying arrears on top of normal payment?

Not all companys pass the cut on do they My dd is with abbey and they havent0

If you are on a BM tracker, they take 3 months to pass on the rate change - but have to pass it on. A bit lame, but it works the other way around as well. If you are on the Standard Variable Rate with them, they probably will pass it on but they don't have too. If halifax have then 99% they will.0
