Sally, two of my kids have milk allergies and they throw up after having milk...If she has had a gastro type bug lately maybe she has developed a temporary intolerance to milk..
I feel I should insert a 'this advise should only be taken at face value and nothing should be done without consulting a doctor type note....' but worth keeping a food diary...
