pp, you need to calm down hun and read the replies on the other thread, where you posted your SOA. If you are nervous about a DMP then I have no idea why you would even think about an IVA - it's a lot harsher and the implications if it fails are a lot worse than on a DMP.
Honestly, your best bet is to speak to someone at the CAB, CCCS or Payplan. You won't be under any obligation to do anything, but they can explain the options to you properly and help you decide what's best for you.
