• The Trukz.com robot competition runs from Saturday November 1st 2008 to Sunday November 30 2008.
• The promoter of this competition is OMAC Industries, 32 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, Republic of Ireland
• The draw for the prize will take place on Tuesday 2 December 2008, and the winner will be notified by email, with details published on the Trukz.com website
• All entrants must be 13 years or over, and be subscribed to Trukz.com. Only entrants who submitted correct registration details will be eligible.
• Only one entry is allowed per Trukz.com subscriber. Multiple entries will not be accepted other than automatic additional entries for completing additional competition tasks.
• Entrants must enter the competition and complete the in-game tasks before the applicable closing date to be eligible for the prize draw.
• Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
• Persons not eligible to enter the Trukz.com include employees of OMAC Industries and their families, agents of Trukz.com and any third party included in this promotion.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent. Due to the size of this prize, entrants should be aware that this prize will be delivered on a palette, so suitable arrangements should be made prior to delivery. OMAC Industries takes no liabilities for additional costs incurred by the winner in the event of the initial delivery being rearranged.
• The Trukz.com competition winning entries will be selected in a draw by an independent judge. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
• Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organized by OMAC Industries in connection with the giveaway.
• OMAC Industries reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant, to add to or waive any rules without prior notice to the entrants or in the event of circumstance beyond the control of OMAC Industries arising which in its opinion makes it desirable to cancel the competition at any stage.
• To maximum extent permitted by law, OMAC Industries is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
• Information submitted to this competition will not be shared with third parties.

All registered players are eligible and one winner will be drawn randomly from the database on 2nd December 2008. In order to enter, all you have to do is drive 10,000 miles between 1st November 2008 and 30th November 2008. We're also going to make this a little more interesting. If you'd like to double your chances of winning, get stuck in and drive 20,000 miles. Anyone who is flagged as doing so will be entered twice into the draw. You’ll automatically receive an in-game message when you’ve reached the mileage target.
