Photograph Mount

I need a photo mount for a school group photo which measures 11.5" x 5". I've had a look on the internet, but this doesn't seem to be a standard size. I am completely clueless about this, but if I went to a photographers or photo-framers would they be able to cut one? I don't want to spend more than a couple of pounds. I need it for a Christmas pressie.

Yes, head for a framers. The mount is cut from a fairly rigid large sheet of cardboard, and they should have a range of colours to choose from. Don't know how much it would be, but doubt if it'll be expensive.0
