My missus bought me one last year, from one of the retailers listed above, as a stocking filler.

It required a shedful of batteries, and didn't work particularly well. It was in the bin by New Year.

I won't mention the retailer, simply because I'm convinced that it was a lousy product, rather than a lousy retailer.

Hi, My OH brought me one from Debenhams last year and it is still working fine. We have changed the batteries once in 12 months. Not bad - I think.
Not sure how much he paid - probably too much but of all the gadgets I have received this is the only one we use almost daily.

Have them in Debenhams this year (Birmingham Bull Ring), think they were about £25.

I brought a Coin Sorter, takes 1 x D Cell - They do work except for one stupid problem - The count the money into the wrong amounts for the Bank Paying In Bags DUHH!!!

Focus have them and have just reduced them to clear. I think they're now about £14.
