Hi cozza and congratulations on getting a job! I seriously doubt you would be liable to pay anything back on that wage. Why don't you put up your SOA and we can help you go through it. How old is your son?

    how long were you unemployed?
If 26 weeks or more you may be entitled to Housing Benefit run on (page 12 JSA signing on booklet)

  • Hi cozza,
when you talk to OR state date you started work..how long have you been working?
Your circumstances will have changed since BR so you will need to fill in a new SOA.
My OR stated will take details after I have been in work for at least 6 weeks...don't know about yours...but will not know travel expenses etc for a few weeks!!! Claim for HB and Council tax (you will need payslips) contact tax office regarding WTC (tax credits) as regards your full statement of affairs someone more experienced than me:D will assist but I think you should claim for clothes and hair.

    hope this helps!

£5.50 is less than £12 so put down £12. Thats the only amount because thats what it costs. Once you have paid a certain amount your dd should change but its still £12 averaged out for the year. As for the arrears make that a separate entry. I'm not sure but I don't think it will be included in your BR but if not it should be allowed on your SOA.
