Xbox Mega Pack Deal - £99 (merged)

I have just gone to reserve a XBox mega pack setup on the Argos website (i.e. the one where you buy the XBox, Mega Pack and Steering Wheel for around £125) and noticed it has got £99.99 on the XBox and then £0.00 for both the "Mega Pack" and "Steering Wheel".

This reminds me spookily of the Slimline PS2 plus Buzz error a few weeks ago, which was honoured because the website always showed the £99.99 price so they couldn't use the 'Price you pay is the price in store" excuse.

Just done the same and reserved at my local store.Lets hope they stick with the price.

Don't think it's a misprice as if you go to the page that shows the console and scoll down it says add all 3 items to the trolley and you can save £124:)

Only shows up on the trolley screen, and only comes up with £99.99 price with Quantity:1 on each of the items

What i am getting at is if you go to the console page that i linked to and scroll down to the 3rd special offer box it says add them items to your trolley aswell as the console and you save £124 but they have their single item price next to them.

I'm with you but what i was trying to say was it isn't a misprice as such as it says if you add the mega pack and the steering wheel to your trolley when buying the console then you save £124 which is the value of the pack and the wheel so that's why they show up as free in the trolley.

Hope that makes sense or maybe i'm wrong i am quite tired so could be wrong;)

That has just confused me now I understand what you are trying to say...As a few weeks ago this pack cost me £125!

Well I'll report back tomorrow as this is amazing for £99.99! The XBox alone would cost £79.99 on Play.com (Cheapest I think?) so for £20 more you get a extra official controller, official DVD playback kit, 2 great games by the Microsoft Games team and a steering wheel. You could probably sell all the extras for much more than £20
