Swap two Glasgow SECC Monday night Take That tickets for Sunday night

I need to swap two Monday 1st May night Take That tickets (Glasgow SECC) to the Sunday 30th April due to work commitments. Any ideas on how to do this - someone must be in the same boat as me!
