Right click on the "link" and have a look in "properties" .. if there is a link there then copy and paste that.Hi, I've just got that too and I got "the url is invalid and cannot be loaded". If you hover your mouse over the link, all that shows at the bottom of the screen is [URL]http:///[/URL]
LOL. I think they've slipped up and forgotten to insert the link. :rotfl:
I have emailed back to tell them the link doesn't work, so hopefully we'll get a new one soon.

Yes, what you get when you look in "properties" is the same as when you hover your mouse over the link: [url]http:///[/url] They've just forgotten to insert the link.
The team of professionals is probably exhausted after 2 clickthroughs in one week - and then having to insert a link into an email. Well that's just too much!!!

From Outlook, it gives an "Outbind" address, which doesn't work. From my web-based email (at Gmail) there's no link showing at all.
