    LOL. I think they've slipped up and forgotten to insert the link. :rotfl:

    Right click on the "link" and have a look in "properties" .. if there is a link there then copy and paste that.

    Yes, what you get when you look in "properties" is the same as when you hover your mouse over the link: [url]http:///[/url] They've just forgotten to insert the link.

    The team of professionals is probably exhausted after 2 clickthroughs in one week - and then having to insert a link into an email. Well that's just too much!!!

    From Outlook, it gives an "Outbind" address, which doesn't work. From my web-based email (at Gmail) there's no link showing at all.

    I also emailed them to say it was duff.
