try 'printing' it as a pdf file. If you have pdf you select 'print' and use the pdf print option and it saves it for you. This is what I always use when printing vouchers and get my points. If you don't have a pdf program you can get 'cutepdf' for free. Good luck

have you checked your clock settings .. this stopped me once when daughter played around with it and didnt set the month back correctly
