    is anyone having problems logging into PB?

    I just keep getting an error message that says 'The details you have supplied are incorrect"
    and if I try to ask for a forgotten password - "Your details could not be found. Are you sure you have entered your email address correctly?"

    same for OH's account...

    I hadn't logged in for about a week, but it's never caused a problem before...

    I haven't been able to claim a reward. Just doesn't work. Used IE, Firefox and Chrome, but no joy. Deleted cookies. No different. Had to ask them by email.

    had this problem last week for 2 days then all of a sudden it was ok.. then the vouchers came within 2 days lol
