I am livid!!! I'm waiting on loads of points for purchases made over Christmas but am not expecting them for ages yet. However, yesterday I chased some points I was owed from a couple of purchases made back in October, one of which was for an AA Insurance policy.

I purchased AA contents insurance and they have told me that only AA Home Insurance qualifies...........:rolleyes: Is contents insurance not classed as Home Insurance then? I've got screen grabs of everything and checked the T&C's again and can't see anything.

Am I wrong or am I right to fight for the points?

Maybe fight for it because it's not clear, I know some insurance companies on Quidco now say you must take out both contents and buildings and I'm assuming thats what PB mean, BUT if they don't say it on the T&Cs then it's their mistake

Thanks fatboyonadiet, I checked the T&Cs thoroughly before purchasing and it does not state that contents insurance alone is ineligible.

I sent a polite email back detailing this and have had a response and an apology saying that my points should be visible by tomorrow. :j

Well done, it's always worth a fight. I send about 5 e mails about hotel club points once and got them in the end!
