  • I purchased from Gamestation through Pigsback in November and was told that I had to allow 6 weeks for the allocation of points.

That six weeks is up now and on enquiring I have been told that they have no recollection of this purchase and could I forward the actual email confirmation I had received from Gamestation.

I did that this afternoon and now they tell me that it hasn't tracked and I'm not entitled to the points.

At the time it was 10piggypoints per pound (I kept a screenshot of the page to be sure) and as I spent £200 I was due to a tidy sum (well in pigsback terms anyway!!).

I feel hard done by with this - I followed everything at this end and then they just say 'no, sorry'!!!

    Hi there,

Yes I have had the same problem with a Boden order placed at the end of October. According to Pigsback the affilliate has no trace of my order going through them  I should have received about 1600pp. Also have missing points for a boots order not really sure if it is worth chasing tbh...

Not really sure what you can do when they say there is no record?

Sorry not much help but perhaps there are others with a similar problem?

Just a thought but is it not worth getting in touch with the actual companies to say what they say on the matter, as they themselves have a contract with P/B.

My advice would be don't give up - email back, express how horrified, saddened and disappointed you are that they are not meeting their obligations when you met the terms of the offer and have provided the proof they asked for. They've done this to me before, but a nicely worded (polite, but firm) email has made them cough up.

You could point out that your loyalty to Pigsback is being sorely tested by this sort of attitude, as you're sure they are aware that MANY other cashback sites offer better rates of cashback than they do, but that you've always wanted to support them as they seem like such a nice company....
    Good luck!

Yes, I think you have to take that line together with the line above it:
    • Entry into the draw is dependant on certain criteria and in the instance of your entry not being accepted by Fair Exchange, PiggyPoints will not be rewarded
Unfortunately, our professionals are not too good with their bullet points! I guess if you put a duff phone number or something, they're reserving the right not to give you the points.

Edit: And it shouldn't be "REwarded" but "Awarded".
