    Ooh, perhaps not, then!

I got that impression from the way s/he once dealt with criticisms. S/he deflected them like a teacher seeking positives to say about pupils, and trying to avoid over-severe comments from some pupils about others.

Whilst I have come across teachers whose grammar I would criticise, they have not been frequently encountered, and their errors were not as gross as "them bonfires".

Just checked and I got my US president Jackpot paid .I wagered 50 and got 60 back -a gain of 10 PP's.
Still awaiting the Formula 1 points .
F1 is going to be processed today and we will have our points by tomorrow. I hope not many had Ferrar, but it seems like plenty did, so we will be getting our points back and a tiny bit more by the looks of it.

Curly may still be an ex-teacher. Perhaps it is his attempt to gain popularity with younger members by trying to be 'hip & happening' or whatever the latest buzz phrase is in yoof-speak.

Even the well educated are not slow to jump on a bandwagon when they see one - apparently there is now a version of Shakespeare's finest works re-written in street language!

To be or not to be, innit!!:D
