I ordered one online last year for my daughter and i was ripped off big time. Firstly i had to keep chasing it up And when it did finally arrive it was a shocking quality, done on a home pc, colour running out & env much too big !! Cost me over £3, i could`nt send it back because i had to post it over seas.
Can anyone tell me were there is some nice ones to buy, please? thanks.

Hi,
Am not sure what type of card you are after .....Is it just a " fancy " type of Christmas card with daughter etc on it ?
In the area i live in ( middlesex ) we have great card shops called " Card Factory " , they sell some gorgeous cards ... very cheap but look pricey !
I'm not sure whether you have one of these shops in your area ? If you have it 's well worth having a look in there ...
Hope this helps .... if not then i hope you manage to find what you are looking for ....

one idea that you actually make one yourself, if you look around you can often find toppers that are more geared towards the pagan elements of christmas which could be used, and you can buy blank cards quite cheaply, sometimes singly, sometimes in packs of 10 for a couple quid. This thread may give you a couple ideas, may even lead to a whole new hobby (this is more or less how i got started with it several years ago, and its something i really enjoy now)!!
the only other thing i can think of is that you find your local cardmaking/scrapbooking place and see if they have a board with people offering to make cards for cash. I'm thinking more now of small independent shops rather than the big hobbycraft style places. the independents may even be able to recommend someone, and that may help you to avoid being ripped off again, especially if you arrange to meet in person to do the exchange, cash for card.

Hello, i highly recommend good cause cards. I know the lady who runs it how ever even if i didnt i would still get all my cards from her (45% of the money goes to charity), she does personalised ones if you like, in the past ive emailed her with "themes" for example I wanted a card with the lyrics to "true colours" on it, another time i said i needed a card with 50, gold, and cream roses on and every time she comes up trumps! I made my own for pagan friends last year for the Winter Solstice 21 Dec which celebrates the return of the sun after darkest shortest day.
I printed pics on photo card and mounted on red shiny card . I made tissue sun with greeting inside with glitter glue in red.
